Please note we ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS. We will ship via whichever carrier can provide the requested service within the amount paid by the customer. We do not guarantee carrier. We will provide tracking #s for every order no matter which carrier. If you need your package to go by a specific carrier please notate that in the order notes and understand that you may have to pay additional if that specific carrier is more than originally paid.
Regular Processing is 3 - 5 business days. This is the time BEFORE your order ships.
Rush Processing is 1 - 2 business days. This is the time BEFORE your order ships.
If you choose FedEx 3 day delivery that is Processing Time + Date it ships + 3 days
If you choose FedEx 2 day delivery that is Processing Time + Date it ships + 2 days
If you choose FedEx Overnight delivery that is Processing Time + Date it ships + Next day delivery
FedEx, UPS and USPS do not deliver on weekends if it's expedited shipping (anything beyond free shipping). We don't control this and can not force them to deliver on a weekend.
Standard, non-prescription: 3-5 business days. This allows time to contact your eye care professional about your sizing information.
Standard, prescription: 5 - 8 business weeks. This allows time to contact your eye care professional about your sizing information and then make the lens to your specific eye.
Custom, non-prescription and prescription: 6 - 8 weeks.
Once an order is placed we do not cancel orders.
Because of the nature of our product we do not accept returns. We do offer a 1 year limited manufacturer warranty, which is listed below, on all of our lenses.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
