But don’t worry VML has all of your order info and has filled out like 90% of the form for you! They have selected some eye doctors in your area. Just choose your eye doctor or enter in your doctors info manually and you’re all set!

Remember. If the eye doctor does not respond to VML in 8 business hours, we can ship! Yay!
